Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Service & Sales role based in Bengaluru. The role involves providing technical support to customers in the surface finishing industry, including troubleshooting process and application issues, conducting on-site evaluations, and recommending appropriate product and process solutions.

The Technical

Service & Sales professional will build and maintain customer relationships, identify new business opportunities,



and support sales growth through technical presentations, demonstrations, and regular visits to industrial clients. Daily tasks include coordinating with the Regional Manager & central product management team, preparing technical reports, assisting in trials and product implementations, and ensuring customer feedback is addressed promptly. The role also requires adherence to company safety, quality, and compliance standards while representing ChemTech in the market.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Services and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand and apply surface finishing technologies.
- Solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose process issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Clear and skilled Communication skills for interacting with customers, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Experience working with industrial customers, especially in metal finishing, plating, or related process industries, is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage multiple customer accounts, and travel within the region as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) for documentation and reporting.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical business practices, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
