Role Description The Technical Sales Support Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram, working closely with the sales team to handle technical customer queries. The role involves accessing the CRM to prepare quotations in response to client queries received via email, and coordinating with the sales team to confirm pricing and delivery timelines.

The Technical Sales Support

Executive will prepare technical data sheets for conveyor belts and related products, requiring the ability to interpret and communicate technical specifications accurately. The role also involves following up with clients directly to obtain missing or unclear technical specifications, maintaining accurate CRM records,



and liaising with internal teams to ensure queries are processed and responded to promptly.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) preferred; candidates with a strong technical or factory/manufacturing background will be prioritized.
- Prior knowledge of the conveyor belt industry, industrial equipment, or material handling systems is a strong plus.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate technical product specifications and data sheets confidently.
- CRM proficiency, or the ability to quickly learn CRM tools, to generate and track quotations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to correspond with clients via email and gather missing technical details professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with email and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for order tracking, inventory, and quotation management is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to the GeM portal, including quotation submission or bid participation, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing quotations and technical documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with the sales team, and maintain a professional, technically credible manner with clients.
