Skills Caravan is looking for a Technical SEO Specialist to join our growing team and take ownership of the technical SEO health, website performance and organic visibility of our digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting crawling, indexing, rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage and optimise Webflow websites — hands-on Webflow experience is mandatory.
- Improve website architecture, URL structures, internal linking, redirects, canonicalisation and XML sitemaps.
- Monitor and resolve crawl and indexing issues through Google Search Console.
- Optimise Core Web Vitals, page speed and overall website performance.
- Implement and manage structured data/schema markup.
- Identify technical opportunities to improve organic visibility and search engine accessibility.
- Work closely with content, design and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush and other SEO tools.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and evolving technical SEO practices.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO
- Mandatory:



Strong practical experience with Webflow
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA qualification is mandatory
- Strong understanding of HTML, website architecture and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
- Good understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, crawlability and indexation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently identify technical issues and implement solutions.
- Expertise in Technical & Semantic SEO, AIO/GEO, analytics, and content strategy.
- Ability to drive organic growth across Google and AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude & Perplexity.
