Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Ahmedabad.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their process requirements and propose suitable filtration and extrusion solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical offers and quotations, and supporting the sales team with application-specific configurations. The role also involves providing basic technical support,



coordinating with engineering and production teams for customized solutions, and following up on inquiries to achieve sales targets.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will document customer feedback, participate in industry events when required, and maintain accurate records in the CRM or sales reporting systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and close deals effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to interpret technical requirements, advise on product selection, and assist in resolving application issues.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present complex technical information clearly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Plastic, Production, or related Engineering field.
- Experience in industrial machinery, plastics processing, or related manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read technical drawings, understand process parameters, and learn recent technologies quickly.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, customer-oriented approach, and willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for reporting and documentation.
