Role Description This full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer – MP role is based in Indore and focuses on driving sales of Rawlplug India’s solutions within the Madhya Pradesh region. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and providing technical product demonstrations and presentations to clients and channel partners.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation, while ensuring accurate understanding of customer requirements and project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, offering technical support during installation and application, resolving customer queries, and maintaining regular communication to build long-term relationships. The role also includes tracking market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance, and reporting these insights to management to support strategic planning.

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to interpret technical requirements, provide product application guidance, and support customers in office.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain professional client relationships.
- Relevant experience in construction, engineering, building materials, or fastening systems is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to travel within Madhya Pradesh, work independently, and manage time and territory efficiently.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to ethical, customer-focused sales practices.
