Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Aurangabad.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will engage with industrial and automotive customers to understand their inspection and gauging requirements, prepare technical proposals, and present tailored solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, supporting trials and installations, coordinating with engineering teams on customization needs, and providing technical support before and after sales.



The role involves managing the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, maintaining customer relationships, and gathering market feedback to inform product improvements.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will also prepare documentation, reports, and forecasts, and represent the company at customer visits, industry events, and technical discussions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills for managing the full sales cycle and driving business growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to translate customer needs into solutions and provide application support.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presenting technical concepts clearly and building long-term customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of mechanical/production engineering, metrology, or related domains; prior experience with industrial automation or inspection systems is beneficial.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Candidates should possess robust problem-solving abilities, willingness to travel for customer visits, and proficiency in preparing technical proposals and reports.
