Job :Role

STS is looking for a Technical Sales / Business Development Engineer to develop B2B business for advanced power electronics, EV, drone/UAV and industrial test solutions. The role involves market research, lead generation, customer visits, technical discussions, RFQs, quotations, commercial follow-up and order closure.

Products / Solutions

- Programmable AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies
- Inverters, rectifiers and high-power amplifiers
- Automated test equipment and industrial test solutions
- EV motors, BLDC/PMSM motors and motor controllers
- Drone/UAV motors, ESCs and electric propulsion systems
- Battery/BMS-related and custom power electronics solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Identify OEMs, R&D; centres, laboratories and industrial customers.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, LinkedIn, networking and customer visits.
- Understand customer applications and coordinate technical/product discussions.
- Develop relationships with engineering, R&D;, test, procurement and purchase teams.
- Manage RFQs, proposals, quotations,



negotiations and sales follow-up through closure.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and weekly/monthly activity reports.

Candidate Profile

- BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE / Mechatronics preferred.
- 3-6 years of B2B technical sales / business development experience.
- Experience in power electronics, test & measurement, EV components, motors/drives, industrial electronics, automation, defence/aerospace electronics or drone/UAV products is preferred.
- Solid communication, customer-development, technical-understanding and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
