FlexTrade is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Pune team. The successful candidate will be energetic with excellent communication skills and have a real passion for recruitment.

This is a 6-month contract position and reviewed upon performance and requirements.

The role:

- Deploy various sourcing techniques including social media platforms and Boolean searches
- Expand the use of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. to maximize recruitment reach
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles and well versed with Pune market.
- Lineup candidates for recruitment drives, accelerating hiring process for bulk recruitment needs
- Specialize in headhunting for niche skills, identify top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Manage relationships with multiple hiring vendors, ensuring timely support and quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions
- Upload test results/ follow up for assessment reminders
- Booking telephone and face-to-face interview slots into hiring/line managers diaries




- Provide thorough interview feedback and application updates to all candidates and line managers
- Maintain the ATS and ensure applications are processed in a timely manner and information kept up to date
- Ensure that all vacancies are kept on track with a steady flow of suitable candidates
- Attending career fairs and recruitment events
- Good to have experience from capital market domain
- In house recruitment/sourcing for lateral roles

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a 360-process recruitment role - can be agency or in-house background
- Experience will preferably be within the IT sector
- Experience of coordinating/organizing interviews and meetings efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to take initiative and build solid, productive relationships
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
