Job Overview : We are seeking a high-caliber Lead Technical Project Manager / Full Stack Tech Lead to drive end-to-end technical execution across multiple simultaneous initiatives. In this role, you will combine hands-on full-stack development expertise with technical project oversight—architecting solutions, establishing technical direction, and guiding development teams to ensure high-quality delivery within target timelines.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong background in .NET, SQL Server, and modern DevOps, coupled with exceptional client engagement skills. You will take full ownership of decision-making, navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, and leverage AI tools (such as Claude and GitHub Copilot) to accelerate developer productivity and engineering velocity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Direction & Architecture

- Solution Design: Lead the architectural design and system implementation for complex, multi-tier enterprise software initiatives.

- Hands-on Guidance: Work closely with developer teams to break down requirements, set technical standards, perform code/schema reviews, and unblock engineering roadblocks.

- Quality & Delivery: Ensure solutions meet functional, performance, security, and scalability standards while strictly adhering to project timelines.

2. Technical Project Management & Delivery

- Project Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent technical projects, managing scope, sprint plans, technical risks, and milestones.

- Ownership & Decision Making: Take accountability for project outcomes, drive,technical consensus,



and resolve conflicting technical opinions or business requirements across stakeholders.

- AI-Driven Efficiency: Integrate AI tools (e.g., Anthropic Claude, GitHub Copilot) into the software development lifecycle to boost developer productivity, code quality, and automation.

3. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client leaders, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

- Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business options for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Vendor & Team Coordination: Facilitate alignment across diverse distributed teams, client DevOps engineers, and third-party vendors.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Full Stack & .NET: 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with deep proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core / C#, ASP.NET Web API, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or modern JS).

- Database & Data Layer: Mastery of SQL Server, including advanced SQL programming, stored procedures, user-defined functions, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.

- DevOps & Cloud Integration: Strong working knowledge of client DevOps pipelines (CI/CD via Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar), containerization, and cloud deployment environments (Azure or AWS).

- AI Literacy: Hands-on experience utilizing AI coding assistants (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise) to optimize developer workflows, automate test writing, and streamline code generation.

Leadership & Engagement

- Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to provide technical direction and project oversight across multiple workstreams simultaneously.

- Client Engagement: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience managing client expectations, leading technical workshops, and driving consensus among competing opinions.

- Proactive Ownership: Strong self-starter attitude with a demonstrated history of taking ownership, mitigating risks early, and driving technical decisions to completion.

Working Hours: This role requires work from 3 pm IST – 12 pm IST.
