Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.
- Develop and maintain accurate estimates for project timelines, resources, and budgets using Agile methodologies (e.g., SFA).
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular status updates and reporting.
Job Requirements :
- 7-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
- Robust understanding of DMS (Document Management System) principles and practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrumfall Analysis (SFA).
- Experience working on large-scale software development projects involving multiple stakeholders.
