We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager with 15+ experience and at least 3-5 years’ experience in delivering digital projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.

- Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Prepare and present project status reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business and different IT functions to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Technical Leadership:

- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams,



leveraging expertise in cloud / digital technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project decisions.

- Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management and cloud deployment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

- Skills

- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with modern analytics concepts like DW, Data lake, Lakehouse etc.
- Familiarity with ML and Gen AI concepts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps etc.).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
