About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in software development and project management. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience managing multiple projects across different business domains, including working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects end-to-end from requirement gathering to production deployment.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project plans, estimates, timelines, milestones, resource allocation and sprint plans.
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Understand technical requirements, APIs, integrations, databases, application architecture and deployment processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
- Guide and mentor project teams and ensure effective resource utilization.

Technical Knowledge

- Good understanding of:

o Web & Mobile Application Development o PHP / Laravel / CodeIgniter / Node.js o React.js / React Native / Android / iOS o MySQL / MongoDB o REST APIs o AWS / Cloud & CI/CD o Git,



JIRA and Agile/Scrum o Basic understanding of SAST, DAST, VAPT and application security

Domain Experience

Experience managing projects across multiple domains, such as E-Commerce/E Learning/EdTech/ERP/Healthcare/FinTech/Logistics/Media/Government.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Software Development / Technical Project Management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum and software delivery processes.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Experience handling international clients and working across different time zones.
- Strong client communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Excellent requirement analysis, estimation, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical challenges and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
