Technical Program Manager - SAP HANA & Snowflake Ecosystems

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale data platform modernization and migration initiatives across SAP HANA and Snowflake ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving migration strategy, stakeholder alignment, governance, risk management, resource planning, and execution planning for large-scale data warehouse transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery and assessment activities for SAP HANA to Snowflake migration initiatives.
- Define migration frameworks, governance models, and implementation strategies.
- Develop migration roadmaps, project plans, resource plans, and execution timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with legacy-to-cloud data platform transformations.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, budget, and quality metrics.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, steering committee reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive communications.
- Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and decision-making processes.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation strategies.




- Provide regular status updates, governance reporting, and leadership communications.

- Proven experience in cloud migration and enterprise data warehouse modernization projects.
- Experience managing SAP HANA and Snowflake transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Expertise in risk management, governance, resource planning, and project execution.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience with end-to-end project ownership.
