You will serve as an individual contributor and help us meet requirements with clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the execution of our digital roadmap.

Primary Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business impact analysis
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans and deliverables
- Roadmap Management: Maintain and deliver on the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the strategic priorities of the business and addresses customer needs
- Agile Product Development: Manage the product development process using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
- Quality Assurance: Participate in review of the product during development and pre/post-launch to ensure it meets specified requirements, best practices, and standards, this may include testing, business or stakeholder reviews, and sign-off prior to go-live
- User Experience Optimization:



Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize the user experience of digital products, supporting usability testing and design iterations as needed
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key product metrics and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product strategy, digital best practices, roadmap updates, and feature status to internal stakeholders and external partners as needed
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategies and innovation efforts
- AI Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities where AI, machine learning, or automation can create business value and translate these into clear product backlog items with detailed acceptance criteria
- AI/ML Infusion: Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to prioritize, develop, and deploy ML models, understand the AI model lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining) and ensure responsible AI practices including fairness, explainability, and data compliance

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in a Product Owner role in the US Healthcare Payer domain, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products or services on cloud




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework, with working experience in Agile development environments and familiarity with methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Significant experience managing and developing web portals or portal-based products
- Understanding of technologies, design principles, and user experience considerations related to portal development
- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, UI/UX design principles, and digital marketing concepts, proficiency with Figma or similar tools
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and machine learning concepts including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, NLP, and LLMs
- Experience implementing AI/ML tools and platforms such as Azure ML, Databricks, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
- Proficiency in data workflows, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts including model versioning, CI/CD, model monitoring, and drift detection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
- Ability to address challenges and obstacles effectively, prioritizing the most important tasks first
- Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) is desirable
