Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner with strong expertise in the US Healthcare Payer domain.

The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, manage product roadmaps and drive successful delivery of scalable digital products.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and product requirements.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features based on business value, user needs, technical feasibility, and overall product impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, data, and other cross-functional teams.
- Manage Agile product development activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and release planning.
- Validate deliverables against requirements, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the development and modernization of web portals and digital products.
- Analyze product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities where AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and automation can create business value.
- Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams throughout the AI/ML lifecycle.
- Maintain clear product documentation and communicate roadmap updates and priorities to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications




- 8+ years of relevant Product Owner experience.
- Strong experience in the US Healthcare Payer domain.
- Proven experience delivering digital products or services in cloud environments.
- Robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies.
- Significant experience with web portals or portal-based products.
- Strong requirements gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of web/mobile technologies, APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Experience or knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and LLM concepts.
- Exposure to Azure ML, Databricks, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Hugging Face.
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts, including CI/CD, model versioning, model monitoring, and drift detection.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product/project management platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent Product Owner certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.

Work Arrangement This is a hybrid opportunity with primarily remote work. Candidates will be required to visit the office 4 days per month at the applicable location in Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, or Bengaluru.
