- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in an NABL-accredited testing laboratory.
- Candidates with experience in Environmental Testing Laboratories will be preferred.
- Strong practical experience in ISO/IEC 17025:2017, NABL requirements, laboratory operations, testing methodologies and quality systems is essential.
- Experience in handling NABL assessments, audits, technical documentation, method validation/verification and quality control will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the technical operations of the environmental testing laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and NABL requirements.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor laboratory testing activities.
- Review and authorize test reports and technical results as applicable.
- Ensure proper implementation of testing methods, method validation/verification and measurement uncertainty.
- Monitor quality control activities, QC charts, proficiency testing/ILC and reference materials.
- Coordinate NABL assessments, internal audits, external audits and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper maintenance, calibration and verification of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Monitor technical competency and training of laboratory personnel.




- Ensure proper maintenance of technical records, SOPs, test methods, worksheets and laboratory logbooks.
- Investigate technical nonconformities, complaints and deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Microbiology, Wet Chemistry, Instrumentation, Field Sampling and other laboratory sections.
- Continuously improve laboratory efficiency, technical competence and quality performance.
