Responsibilities

- Design and Develop Traffic Management Solutions: Leading the design, development, and maintenance of solutions to manage network traffic efficiently.
- Optimize Network Operations: Improve efficiency through enhanced caching strategies and PoP optimization.
- Develop High-Performance Applications: Apply C/C++ and Go to create robust applications.
- Manage Scalability on Kubernetes: Deploy and oversee scalable systems.
- Cyber Security and Observability: Implement measures to protect network infrastructure and monitor system health.




- Collaborate and Mentor: Work with multi-functional teams to integrate networking solutions and guide junior engineers.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors or equivalent experiencerience or Masters degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 8 years in networking, traffic management, and cyber security.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in C/C++ and Go, Low level Linux networking, Kubernetes, and caching strategies.
- Soft Skills: Solid problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Envoy for traffic management.
- Experience with low level Linux networking and distributed systems.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Relevant certifications and experience in large-scale environments.
- Familiarity with Java or other frameworks.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and patent creation.
