Experience: 12 to 15 years

Key Responsibilities

- Guides the scrum team(s) and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Scrum practices and daily activities to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint.
- Uses empirical data to help the team(s) assess their Scrum Maturity, optimize scrum team velocity to organizational KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance
- Coaches scrum team(s)
- Interaction with the Stakeholders/Customers
- Responsible for ensuring team becomes self-organized
- Responsible for career planning, training, and development of the teams
- Responsible for successful delivery of the projects

Required Skills

Must Have:

- Experience in Product development, Project management, People management




- Have valuable working experience in automotive embedded software domain
- Experience in agile development methodologies
- Experience in C++ end to end - development, integration and roll out of product
- Experience managing different stake holders PMs, POs, Suppliers, and others.

Good to have:

- Scaled agile experience
- Accredited SAFe Certification
- Experience in ASPICE
- CodeBeamer, GitHub / GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Artifactory (JFrog/BitBucket)
- PowerPoint, Power BI and Excel for evaluation and presentation of insights and trends
