Technical Lead – .NET, Azure & React

Experience: 8 – 15 years

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in office)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET, Azure cloud services, React, SQL Server, and Git. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing engineering team, drive architectural decisions, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade applications. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, deep problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of modern applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+, Azure services, and React.
2. Architect cloud-first solutions leveraging Azure capabilities such as App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, and DevOps pipelines.
3. Guide front-end development best practices and ensure high-quality UI implementations using React.
4. Ensure robust database design, query optimization, and data integrity using SQL Server.
5. Own version control,



branching strategies, and CI/CD workflows using Git and Azure DevOps.
6. Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.
7. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and promote engineering excellence.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across full-stack and cloud environments.
9. Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve performance, automation, and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 8–15 years of hands-on development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.

9. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, REST APIs, and microservices.
