Job Title:

Technical Lead – .NET & API Architecture

Experience: 8 – 15 years

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in office)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies, API architecture, and OAuth. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance API solutions. Prior experience in the insurance domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade APIs using .NET Core / .NET 6+.
2. Architect and implement API Gateway solutions using Ocelot for microservices-based systems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps to define robust technical solutions.
4. Ensure adherence to coding,



testing, and deployment best practices.
5. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to drive team growth.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the API ecosystem.
7. Continuously improve API performance, scalability, and security.
8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

1. 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
2. Solid expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and RESTful API development.
3. Hands-on experience with API security standards such as OAuth2, JWT.
4. Proficient in API architecture and design principles.
5. Solid understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
6. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Good to Have

1. Experience with Ocelot API Gateway and microservices architecture.
2. Exposure to AWS, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
3. Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Domain Experience

1. Prior experience in the Insurance domain is highly desirable.
