We are hiring for the role of Technical Engineer - Celonis at Pune (Hybrid role), below are additional details as required.

Responsibilities & Requirements

- 3-10 years of relevant experience leading process intelligence initiatives and cross-functional optimization activities
- Relevant Bachelors or Masters degree within the Computer Science domain
- Leads complex analytical assessments across multiple domains, identifies optimization opportunities, and evaluates implementation effort and business value realization.
- Initiates and implements process intelligence standards, governance procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives across functions.
- Knowledge extends across complete process intelligence domains and related enterprise processes.
- Participates in complex transformation initiatives up to 500K and coordinates, reviews, and approves operational and technical solution changes.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by identifying optimization opportunities and translating them into process mining and analytics solutions.
- Communicates technical concepts and process insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrates solid understanding of Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.
- Works with a high degree of autonomy, coordinates activities of others, and leads discussions with vendors, consultants, and delivery teams.
- Translates business requirements into scalable process intelligence and optimization opportunities across related systems and functions.

Job Purpose

- Design, configure, test, and continuously improve enterprise process intelligence solutions and business process monitoring capabilities using Celonis EMS and related enterprise technologies.




- Support business transformation initiatives through IT changes, Agile DevOps delivery, and process optimization activities in line with global Information Technology (IT), enterprise architecture, and security standards to enable operational excellence, process transparency, and measurable business value.
- The role contributes to data-driven decision making by translating business process requirements into scalable process mining solutions, dashboards, analytics, and actionable insights across global business functions.
- 1) The Technical Engineer in IT Operations is responsible for translating business process requirements into detailed functional designs, Celonis stories, KPIs, dashboards, and EMS configurations in accordance with enterprise architecture and security standards. Working within projects, operational changes, and Agile DevOps teams, the Functional Engineer coordinates the preparation, review, execution, and testing of process mining solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- The Technical Engineer actively collaborates with business process owners, implementation partners, and external consultants during the execution of enhancements and deployments. The role contributes to incident resolution, root cause analysis, process optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement activities to strengthen operational performance and process transparency.

The Functional Engineer in Application Delivery is responsible for leading enterprise-wide process intelligence initiatives and defining scalable process mining solutions across business domains. The role drives strategic transformation programs, establishes governance standards, mentors team members, and partners with Architects and senior stakeholders to design advanced analytics, AI-enabled process intelligence capabilities, and sustainable optimization roadmaps.
- The Functional Engineer oversees large-scale implementations and complex operational changes together with strategic partners and cross-functional teams. The role ensures quality execution, monitors delivery progress, governs testing and deployment activities, and leads
- continuous improvement, incident management, and process mining best practice adoption across the organization.
- We are seeking an experienced Functional Engineer with a strong background in process mining and a proven track record in designing & implementing impactful process mining use cases. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in using Celonis to analyse, optimize, and transform key business operations, particularly within finance and supply chain functions.
- You will leverage Celonis Process Intelligence capabilities, AI-driven insights, and Agentic Automation features to drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies, opportunities for potential savings, and developing advanced Celonis applications, dashboards, and intelligent workflows that enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
- The role will also contribute to the adoption of AI-powered process optimization, predictive analytics, intelligent recommendations, and autonomous action orchestration across enterprise processes
