Responsibilities

- Own the documentation lifecycle, structure, publishing, and updates.

- Design and maintain documentation architecture and versioning.

- Create API, integration, configuration, and troubleshooting documentation.

- Work with engineers to validate technical content and code examples.

- Use AI tools like Cursor to create, review, and update documentation.

- Maintain release notes and keep docs aligned with product updates.

- Manage documentation platforms, search, navigation, and style guides.

- Improve documentation workflows and team contributions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in technical or developer documentation.

- Experience with security platforms and SIEMs.

- Solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Cursor or similar AI tools.

- Ability to understand production-level code.

- Excellent written communication skills.

- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or docs-as-code is preferred.

- Knowledge of data pipelines and observability systems is a plus.
