Technical Architect – Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)

About the Engagement

Forsys Inc. is a Salesforce Summit Partner and a recognized leader in Lead-to-Revenue (LTR) transformation. We are currently delivering a large-scale CPQ-to-Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA/ARM) migration for — one of the world's largest industrial automation and information companies.

This is a complex, multi-track enterprise implementation involving Salesforce CPQ & Billing migration to Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM), with integrations to SAP Hybris Commerce and. The Technical Architect will be a core delivery team member, working closely with the RCA Solution Architect and multiple technical leads across parallel workstreams.

Role Summary The RCA Technical Architect will own the technical architecture, design governance, and hands-on delivery oversight for the implementation. This is a senior offshore role requiring deep Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ expertise combined with strong integration architecture capability — particularly around SAP Hybris, data migration, and Agentforce ARM platform patterns.

This role is full time (520 hours) across the 13-week program, working in close collaboration with the Onshore RCA Solution Architect and leading offshore Technical Leads and Developers across both the New Business and Renewals tracks.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Design

- Own end-to-end technical architecture for the RCA implementation: data model design, integration patterns, Agentforce ARM configuration, Apex/LWC custom development strategy
- Define and enforce technical standards, code architecture patterns, naming conventions, and security model across all development workstreams
- Design integration architecture for Hybris-to-Salesforce transaction flows (bidirectional: product/pricing data in, order/contract data out)
- Architect data migration strategy for legacy CPQ assets, quotes, and orders — including transformation logic, deduplication, and validation frameworks
- Define DevOps pipeline: sandbox strategy, deployment sequencing, CI/CD approach across PI0 through Hypercare

Technical Governance & Delivery Oversight

- Conduct architecture review of all major technical design documents (SDDs, data models, integration specs) before build commences
- Lead code reviews across Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration code to enforce quality, governor limit compliance, and ARM best practices

- Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively — especially around Hybris integration, data volume, and CPQ-to-ARM parity gaps
- Oversee technical leads on both Track 1 (New Business/TCIQ) and Track 2 (Renewals) to ensure architectural consistency across tracks
- Support QA team in defining automation framework strategy using Playwright and Claude.ai-assisted test generation

Hands-On Development

- Develop and configure complex ARM components: pricing procedures, product catalog architecture, approval process design, quote document framework
- Build or oversee integration middleware/APIs between Hybris and Salesforce ARM
- Configure and validate RevRamp accelerator outputs during master data migration (products, pricing, custom fields)
- Build custom Apex triggers, batch jobs, and LWC components where RCA declarative capabilities fall short

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

- Work directly with the Onshore RCA Solution Architect to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Engage with SF Admin and Business SMEs during environment setup, data cleansing, and UAT
- Participate in sprint ceremonies: technical design reviews, architecture sign-offs, and deployment readiness checks
- Coordinate with internal teams on Hybris API specifications, TCIQ system data contracts, and Salesforce org governance policies

Required Qualifications

Experience

- 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with at least 4+ years focused on CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations at enterprise scale (complex pricing, multi-year deals, approval workflows)
- At least 1 completed Revenue Cloud Advanced (ARM/RCA) implementation — from discovery through go-live
- Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with external commerce or ERP systems (SAP, Hybris, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Hands-on data migration experience: large-volume CPQ object migration (Quotes, Assets, Orders) with transformation logic and validation

Technical Skills

- Deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (ARM): product catalog, pricing procedures,

transaction flows, subscription/amendment/renewal mechanics
- Strong Salesforce CPQ knowledge: product rules, pricing rules, quote templates, approval processes, order management, assets
- Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, and REST/SOAP API development
- Integration architecture: middleware patterns, platform events, event-driven architecture, Hybris API integration preferred
- Salesforce data model expertise: CPQ-to-ARM object mapping, custom object design, relationship management
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, sandbox management
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude.ai, Salesforce Vibe Code) is a plus

Certifications (Required)

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Certifications (Strongly Preferred)

- Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architect

- Experience with SAP Hybris Commerce integration to Salesforce — specifically order flow and product/pricing synchronization
- Familiarity with TCIQ or similar internal quoting systems
- Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks for Salesforce testing
- Prior work on CPQ-to-RCA migrations using RevRamp or equivalent migration accelerators
- Agentforce/Einstein AI configuration experience within the Revenue Cloud context
- Multi-org or post-M&A; Salesforce consolidation experience
