As a Technical Architect, you will lead the technical design, development, and evolution of enterprise-scale applications across diverse technology stacks. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Engineer and Architect with strong expertise in Python and multiple programming languages, capable of driving technical decisions, designing scalable and secure solutions, mentoring engineering teams, and integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into modern applications.

Required Skills

- 12+ years of full-stack development experience with strong backend expertise in Python and another language like Java, Go, or .NET
- Recent 3+ years in Python
- Proven ability to lead projects and provide technical guidance to engineering teams
- Strong command of AWS services: Lambda, EC2, EKS, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, SNS/SQS
- Experience integrating GenAI APIs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or OpenAI
- Understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents
- Familiarity with web crawling frameworks (BeautifulSoup, Playwright, Scrapy)
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with chat agents or conversational AI preferred

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

- Define end-to-end technical architecture for modern applications across multiple technology stacks.
- Create high-level and low-level designs, architecture blueprints,



and technology roadmaps.
- Evaluate technologies, frameworks, and patterns aligned with business goals.
- Design scalable architectures incorporating AI/GenAI capabilities where relevant.

Development & Technical Leadership

- Lead POCs, prototypes, and reference implementations across technology stacks and AI use cases.
- Collaborate with product, UX, QA, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Remain hands-on with critical technical challenges and architecture decisions.

Polyglot Engineering

- Design and build systems using languages such as Python, Java, Kotlin, Go, C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Ensure interoperability across heterogeneous systems and services.
- Promote best practices in coding, API design, modularity, and system architecture.

Scalability, Performance & Security

- Ensure application scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability through robust architectural patterns.
- Design for high availability, fault tolerance, and efficient resource utilization.
- Drive secure coding, threat modeling, data protection, and compliance practices.
- Address security, privacy, and governance considerations for AI-powered applications.

AI & GenAI Integration

- Design and integrate GenAI capabilities using LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
- Evaluate AI technologies based on business value, accuracy, scalability, security, latency, and cost.
- Design AI-powered workflows and conversational experiences.




- Identify practical opportunities to integrate AI into products and enterprise applications.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

- Present technical and architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Document and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and governance processes.
- Participate in estimation, technical planning, solution assessment, and risk analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of experience in application development with at least 3+ years in technical architecture.
- Strong expertise in Python and experience with multiple programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven systems, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of GenAI application architecture, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance architectural thinking and hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with emerging technologies such as serverless, AI agents, multimodal AI, and ML integration.
- Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD), clean architecture, and hexagonal patterns.
- Experience with AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, or responsible AI practices.
- Contributions to open-source projects or tech communities.
- Certifications in cloud, AI/ML, or architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
