Architecture Leadership

- 8+ years of experience.
- Candidates must be experts in one primary area and have good working knowledge of adjacent technology stacks (Frontend/UI Architecture OR AI/Data Engineering OR Microservices, Java & Cloud Native OR Commerce Technologies)
- Strong foundation in software design, integration patterns, and system scalability.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and define their strategic relevance.
- Proven experience in retail or eCommerce solution landscapes such as omnichannel experience, order management, customer analytics, or supply chain digitization.
- Cross-functional expertise, with the ability to collaborate effectively across data, applications, infrastructure, and customer experience teams.
