– SAP IBP Solution Lead / Architect

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on SAP IBP Solution Lead with overall 15+years of experience including 8–9 years of SAP IBP experience who can independently design, solution, and lead SAP IBP implementations and Rollouts. Your expertise in SAP IBP will enable to help Business to optimize their supply chain operations, improve Supply chain planning and increase business agility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work as Lead Architect for SAP IBP, along with S/4 and ePPDS integration having good hands-on experience with Real Time Integration.
2. Design and implement SAP IBP solutions to meet business requirements, utilizing your knowledge of SAP IBP capabilities to optimize supply chain operations and improve planning.
3. Lead IBP roll‑outs from solution perspective (Fit‑gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing support) Support business users during UAT, cutover, and hyper care)
4. Facilitate Business workshop to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions and implement them using SAP IBP.
5. Apply your expertise in SAP IBP to deliver high-quality, client-facing solutions that address their supply chain challenges and improve business agility.
6. Configure SAP IBP systems to meet Business specific needs, ensuring seamless integration and effective solution delivery.
7. Implement methodologies and best practices to ensure successful solution delivery and optimal system performance.
8. Govern enhancements and ensure design consistency and Risk Assessment.

Required Experience & Skills

1. Worked on at least 3-4 End To End Implementation on IBP along with S/4.
2.



Experience with designing and implementing solutions using SAP IBP to meet business requirements and improve supply chain operations.
3. Exposure to advanced SAP IBP capabilities, including analytics and simulation, to further enhance supply chain planning and optimization.
4. Experience with designing and implementing industry-specific SAP IBP solutions, such as manufacturing and construction industry.
5. Positive Hands-on experience with all IBP modules with Response and Supply with RTI.
6. Well versed with IBP integration with S/4HANA (PP, MM, SD, ePPDS)

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP IBP Certification(s)
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, Chemicals, or Pharma industries
- Exposure to global roll‑outs or template‑based implementations
- Experience working in agile / scaled delivery environments
