Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Tech Specialist – DC Server, OS, DB, Storage & Backup to provide L2 technical support, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical Data Centre and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer physical and virtual servers across Windows Server & Red Hat/Linux environments.
- Perform server provisioning, configuration, patching, and hardening.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related Windows services.
- Monitor server health, performance, CPU, memory, storage, and applications.
- Administer Oracle, SQL & PostgreSQL databases, including backup, recovery, and performance troubleshooting.




- Manage SAN/NAS storage, including provisioning, zoning, LUN creation, and capacity management.
- Manage Commvault, Veeam, or equivalent backup infrastructure.
- Support DR, Business Continuity, backup, and recovery activities.
- Coordinate complex technical issues with OEMs and vendors.
- Participate in Incident, Problem & Change Management processes.
- Prepare operational, capacity, performance, and audit reports.
