- Develop and customize Siemens Teamcenter solutions using BMIDE, ITK, SOA, Active Workspace (AWC), and Workflow Designer.
- Configure data models, business objects, properties, LOVs, ACLs, and organizational structures.
- Design and develop workflows, handlers, validations, and process automation.
- Build custom extensions using ITK, Java, C, and Teamcenter APIs.
- Develop and enhance Active Workspace (AWC) customizations.
- Implement integrations between Teamcenter and SAP, ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, and third-party applications.
- Perform data migration, bulk data loading, and data quality activities.

- Lead workshops to understand business processes and PLM requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Assess Teamcenter product fitment and recommend suitable solution options.
- Drive cross-functional reviews and stakeholder requirement convergence.
- Validate approved requirements within the Teamcenter setting.
- Support offshore delivery and act as the onsite functional interface.
- Work on end-to-end BOM management.
- Address data security, localization, and operations processes.
- Ensure cross-team solution alignment and validation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams.
