The Team Manager, HR Recruiter at Achiever Club is responsible for leading a team of HR recruiters to identify, attract, and hire top talent for the organization. The Team

Manager will also collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, the Team Manager will provide training and mentorship to team members, track recruitment metrics, and continuously improve recruitment processes to drive the club's success in building a high-performing team.
