We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Team Leader who can independently manage and lead a team of 20 Telecallers and drive them towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 20 Telecallers.

- Allocate leads and targets among team members.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, conversions, and sales.
- Conduct daily team huddles and performance meetings.
- Motivate the team to achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Monitor individual Telecaller performance and productivity.
- Guide the team on sales pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Regularly listen to calls and provide feedback.
- Identify low-performing team members and provide coaching/training.
- Ensure proper and timely follow-up on all leads.
- Maintain daily performance reports and share them with management.
- Handle escalations and customer-related issues when required.
- Train new Telecallers and help improve overall team performance.
- Maintain team discipline, attendance,



and productivity.

Requirements

- 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader
- Experience managing a team of around 20 Telecallers will be preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good sales, convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-based environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and improve team performance.

Salary ₹20000 – ₹25000 + Performance Incentives

Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
