• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies • Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance and meet individual and team goals • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss progress, identify development needs, and set goals • Develop solid relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs and requirements • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and market research • Prepare accurate and detailed reports on sales activity, pipeline,

- • 10, PUC, Any UG and PG graduates • Experienced in b2b, b2c, field sales, or related field • Language – Kannada (mandatory), Hindi and English
