? Industry: Shipping / Logistics / Supply Chain

Role:

Manage and update long-term vessel sailing schedules (LTS), ensuring vessel, port, timing and voyage information is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update vessel sailing schedules and port rotations.
- Handle vessel deployment changes, vessel swaps, withdrawals and blank sailings.
- Update vessel assignments, arrival/departure timings and voyage details.
- Coordinate with Network Planning, Fleet Strategy and other stakeholders.
- Share updated schedules with internal teams and external partners.




- Maintain accurate records and documentation of schedule changes.
- Lead and coordinate the team handling LTS creation and updates.

Required Skills:

- Strong MS Excel skills – large datasets, multiple tabs and formulas.
- Experience in Shipping / Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation Planning.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates currently designated as Team Leader / Assistant Manager preferred.
