Job Summary

Team Leader – Discovery Chemistry with a strong foundation in organic chemistry and a proven track record of leading successful R&D; projects. Responsible for driving the design, execution, and optimization of organic synthesis strategies to support the discovery and development of innovative molecules. Brings extensive industry experience in organic synthesis research, preferably within the agrochemical industry, with the ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver impactful scientific outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Literature survey, execution of planning, arrangement of raw materials, cost reduction in existing molecules, development of current process for the company, preparation of daily report, process write up, SOP and TTD, demonstration of developed process to tech transfer team.

R&D; scientists are involved in the planning and implementation of scientific projects.



Depending on their field of expertise, they may, for instance, develop formulas for new materials, execute tests or prove theories in practice. Moreover, close teamwork is usually part of R&D; scientists' daily business.

Expertise in handling of lab glassware, perform lab experiments independently, do fractional distillation, handle hazardous reagents and chemical safely, knowledge of plants, generate plant supporting data,

Educational Qualification

Qualifications: Ph.D. from reputed Institution.
