Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader (Assistant Manager) to join our team in JP Nagar, Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of overall experience, with prior experience in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, or related industries. Candidates with experience in Team Handling (Collections, Loan Recovery, Telecalling, or Customer Operations) will be preferred.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to manage and motivate a team while ensuring business and operational targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, guide, and motivate a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned business/operational KPIs.
- Handle team productivity, attendance, discipline, and performance tracking.
- Conduct regular team huddles and provide guidance on process-related challenges.
- Monitor individual team member performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Track daily activities, productivity, and target achievement.
- Coordinate with the Manager/Assistant Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle escalations and resolve team/customer-related issues effectively.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports and updates with management.
- Ensure proper process adherence and maintain a positive and productive work environment.





Preferred Experience
- Experience in NBFC / Fintech / Banking / Financial Services is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader / Senior Executive handling a team is mandatory.
- Experience in Collection / Loan Recovery / Telecalling / Customer Service will be an added advantage.
- Experience in achieving and monitoring team targets is desirable.
