Role Description The Team Lead will oversee a high-performing advisory team, ensuring that homebuyers and investors receive accurate information, clear guidance, and a seamless property evaluation experience. This full time, on-site position is based in Bengaluru East and involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with developer partners, and supporting the execution of curated property discovery, project comparisons, and site visits. The role includes monitoring team performance, mentoring team members, resolving customer issues,



and ensuring that all interactions reflect Propmetrix’s commitment to transparency and long-term trust.

The Team

Lead will collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, implement best practices, and use data-driven insights to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Experience in team leadership and people management, including coaching, performance tracking, and conflict resolution.
- Strong background in real estate advisory, property consulting, or related customer-facing roles, with familiarity in residential projects and local market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex property information clearly and build trust with customers and partners.
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple projects, site visits, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Analytical skills and comfort working with data, reports, and market insights to support informed decision-making and process improvement.
- Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and CRM or sales management platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Management, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru East, including occasional travel for project visits and client meetings.
