Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Allocate leads and monitor team performance.
- Guide team members on calling, follow-ups, and client handling.
- Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
- Train and motivate team members to improve productivity.
- Handle customer queries and support the team in closing deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with management regarding targets and team performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience
- Loan officer: 2 years (Preferred)
- b2b sales : 3 years (Preferred)
