Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of Banca Relationship Managers / Sales Managers.
- Drive life insurance business through assigned bank branches and banking partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets through the team.
- Develop strong relationships with Bank Branch Managers, RMs and other bank staff.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, conversion and achievement of targets.
- Conduct regular branch visits and support the team in generating and converting leads.
- Provide sales coaching, training and on-the-job guidance to team members.
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads, customer meetings and policy issuance.
- Track business pipeline, renewal/persistency and overall branch performance.
- Recruit,



onboard and develop team members wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines and maintain proper documentation.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in Life Insurance / Banca / BFSI sales.
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience managing Banca or bank-partnered insurance business will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, relationship management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes.
- Target-oriented with solid team management and business-development skills.
