Role Description The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned teams, ensuring clear goals, efficient workflows, and timely delivery of tasks.

Responsibilities include guiding team members, assigning and tracking work, providing feedback, and supporting interns and trainees in their learning and performance. The role involves coordinating with other departments, resolving operational issues, and maintaining high standards of quality in projects and training activities.

Lead will also contribute to process improvements, documentation, and reporting to management.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

- Previous experience in supervising teams, internships, training programs, or education-focused initiatives is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in management, leadership, or education/training are an advantage.
