Job Role: Team Lead – College AdmissionsAbout Hitbullseye

Hitbullseye is a leading EdTech organization with 25+ years of experience in education and test preparation. We offer preparation programs for competitive exams such as CAT, CUET, CLAT, and IPMAT, along with college admission and counseling services. We also provide AI-enabled technology solutions for schools and colleges, helping institutions enhance learning and student outcomes.

- Lead and manage a team of College Admission Counselors to achieve individual and team admission targets.
- Guide counselors in engaging with students through calls and effectively presenting partner colleges and universities.
- Monitor and improve team performance, including lead conversion, form sales, applications, and admissions.
- Support counselors in addressing student queries related to eligibility, courses, form filling, fees, and admission processes.
- Ensure the team is updated on college eligibility criteria, admission timelines, courses, and significant changes.
- Track leads, follow-ups,



conversions, and admissions through CRM and ensure accurate data management.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
- Motivate the team and drive productivity, conversion, and achievement of targets.

Requirements
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in any stream.
- 3+ years of experience in college admissions, education counseling, EdTech, inside sales, or a similar industry.
- Prior experience in team handling/team leadership is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
- Inside sales: 3 years (Required)

- English (Preferred)
