Candidate Expectations:

- 6 to 12 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC).
- Strong experience in MDM transaction processing and employee master data.
- Experience in Reconciliation, MIS Reporting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Exposure to Data Quality Governance is preferred.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.;

Candidate****Education and Certification Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Specific Remarks: SAP HCM and Employee Central experience is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:





- Perform MDM transaction processing and employee master data updates.
- Handle employee data changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central.
- Perform reconciliation and resolve data discrepancies.
- Conduct RCA for recurring data issues.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data governance, SOX and audit compliance.
- Support stakeholders and continuous improvement initiatives.
