WHAT WE LOOK FOR

- 2 years of teaching experience preferred
- Freshers are also welcome to apply
- Graduate / Postgraduate in the relevant subject
- B.Ed / D.El.Ed / NTT / Montessori qualification preferred, as applicable
- Excellent spoken & written English communication
- Strong classroom management and student-handling skills
- Child-centered and student-focused approach
- Ability to use activity-based & experiential learning
- Familiarity with digital classrooms & smart teaching tools
- Positive attitude, patience, creativity and teamwork
- Willingness to actively participate in school activities & events

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT – SECONDARY FACULTY





Teachers with IIT / JEE Foundation teaching experience are preferred.

Experience in concept-based learning, competitive-exam foundation teaching, problem-solving and advanced subject preparation will be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-focused lessons
- Create activities, worksheets and assessments
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom workplace
- Monitor students' academic progress
- Encourage participation, creativity and independent thinking
- Support students' overall academic and personal development
- Collaborate with teachers and the academic team
- Contribute to school events and academic initiatives
