Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the teacher in conducting classroom activities and implementing lesson plans.
- Provide individual and small-group support to students as required.
- Support students during classroom activities, transitions, breaks and school routines.
- Assist with preparation of learning materials, displays and classroom resources.
- Help maintain a protected, organised and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe students and share relevant learning or behavioural observations with the teacher.
- Support classroom management and encourage positive student behaviour.
- Assist during school events, activities, field trips and other programmes.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other members of the academic team.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma holder; qualification in Early Childhood Education or Education preferred.
- Prior experience working with children or in a school environment is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, responsible and comfortable working closely with children.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative and actively support the lead teacher and students.
