Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Daily responsibilities include engaging children in structured and play-based learning, maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom setting, and monitoring each child’s progress.





The Teacher will communicate regularly with parents and center staff, document observations, and participate in team meetings and training sessions to align with Footprints’ curriculum and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Lesson Planning and Teaching skills to design and deliver effective early childhood learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess solid Education and Training skills to apply appropriate learning methods and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues in a clear, respectful manner.
- Formal education in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a preschool, daycare, or early learning environment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to maintain a safe, organized classroom and follow child safety and hygiene protocols.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the growth and well-being of young children.
