**Job Title: Research and Psychometric Services Assistant** **Position: Apprentice** **Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)** **Job Purpose** To support test development and research activities related to the adaptation, validation, and standardisation of Pearson's assessments. **Responsibilities** + Support data scoring and quality-checking initiatives. + Liaise with editors, vendors, and printers to support assessment development activities. + Collaborate with other functions within the Clinical Assessment Division, as required. + Assist with research and development (R&D;) projects and activities. + Provide administrative and project support for test development initiatives. + Undertake any other duties related to research, psychometrics, and assessment development as assigned. **Skills Required** + Robust verbal and written communication skills in English. + Ability to read, write, and speak at least one of the following languages: Kannada / Hindi / Tamil / Marathi / Bengali + Good communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across projects. + Ability to work effectively to agreed timelines and project goals. **Required Qualifications** + Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. + Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. + No prior work experience is required. **Eligibility Criteria** + Must not have previously contributed to or drawn benefits under the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) scheme. + Age:
