- Attend allocated customer calls and provide prompt, accurate support & solutions

- Maintain professionalism & transparent communication during customer interactions

- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service

- Understand customer issues clearly & identify root problems

- Respond to customer calls queries with minimal turnaround time

- Deliver effective and appropriate software support solution based on customer needs

- Use internal systems for records, consider feedback provided for continuous improvement

Requirements

- · Qualifications- Graduate or Post Graduate with strong Commerce background.

- · Fresher’s or candidate's with less experience are welcome to apply.

- · Good verbal and written communication skills.

- · Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Tally Prime.

- · Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies.

- · Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
