About Our Client One of India's leading NBFC-MFIs with a strong presence across the country. - Plan and execute talent management strategies.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Identify and develop career development programs.
- Collaborate with team leads to understand talent needs.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
- Help in creating succession planning frameworks.
- Ensure alignment of talent management with business goals.
- Manage talent data for insights and decision-making.Develop and drive the enterprise Talent Management strategy in alignment with business priorities.
- Design and institutionalise scalable Talent Management frameworks, processes and governance mechanisms.
- Lead succession planning for critical positions and senior leadership roles.
- Design and execute leadership development programmes across organisational levels.
- Drive the identification, assessment and accelerated development of high-potential talent.
- Implement psychometric assessments, development centres and assessment centres.
- Strengthen competency frameworks and organisation-wide capability-building practices.
- Facilitate talent reviews and provide actionable insights on leadership pipelines and talent risks.
- Lead workplace culture, employer excellence and Great Place to Work initiatives.
- Build and enhance the Talent Management Centre of Excellence.
- Partner with the CHRO and senior leadership teams on strategic talent priorities.
- Measure the effectiveness of talent interventions through relevant metrics and governance reviews.
The Successful
Applicant - We're looking for someone who has:
- 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development or Organisational Development.
- Robust expertise in succession planning, talent assessment, leadership development and HiPo programmes.
- Experience working at scale within a large, geographically dispersed organisation.
- BFSI industry experience is preferred.
- Candidates with a combination of Big 4 consulting and corporate Talent Management experience may also be considered.
- Hands-on experience with psychometric tools, assessment centres and competency frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to design and institutionalise enterprise-wide talent practices.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
- Excellent communication, articulation and executive presence.
- Full-time MBA, PGDM or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Candidates from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions will be preferred.
- A three-month notice period may be considered, with the possibility of a notice buyout for exceptional candidates. What's on Offer - Direct reporting and strategic exposure to the CHRO.
