Talent & People Development Specialist | TWF Flours

Location: Noida

TWF is building the next generation of flours—for professional kitchens and homes. We’re looking for someone to work directly with the founders to attract exceptional people and help them become exceptional performers.

What you’ll own

- Drive hiring end to end—from defining roles and sourcing candidates to assessments and closing offers.
- Build a robust talent pipeline through campus networks, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Create onboarding and development plans that help new hires become productive quickly.
- Work with managers to set clear expectations, coach talent, and build a culture of ownership and performance.

Who we’re looking for

- 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, people development, or a startup people role.
- Strong judgment about people, excellent communication, and the ability to turn plans into action.
- Someone who enjoys building teams and takes ownership of their growth.
- Startup experience preferred but not mandatory
