Talent Development Manager
Role Purpose The Talent Development Manager will be responsible for driving organization-wide Performance Management Systems (PMS), employee engagement initiatives, Rewards & Recognition (RnR) practices, capability development frameworks, learning interventions, and limited HR operational support. The role focuses on strengthening employee performance culture, value alignment, training effectiveness, and talent growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Management System (PMS)
· Manage end-to-end PMS cycle across the organization.
· Drive goal-setting, KRA/KPI alignment, and review mechanisms.
· Coordinate quarterly and annual performance reviews.
· Maintain PMS dashboards, reports, and analytics.
2. Employee Engagement
· Design and execute employee engagement initiatives.
· Conduct pulse checks, feedback surveys, and FGDs.
· Drive culture-building and wellness initiatives.
3. Rewards & Recognition (RnR)
· Drive and monitor organization-wide RnR framework.
· Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual recognition programs.
4. Value Scorecard Management
· Drive implementation and monitoring of Value Scorecards.
· Coordinate with managers for behavioral and value assessments.
5. Learning & Development (L&D;)
· Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI/TNA).
· Prepare training calendars and coordinate learning initiatives.
· Track training effectiveness and participation.
6. HR Operations Support (Limited Scope – 10%)
· Support HR operational activities as and when required.
· Coordinate HR documentation, process follow-ups, and governance support.
· Assist in HR operational reporting and compliance coordination.
7. Reporting & Governance
· Prepare PMS, engagement, training, and RnR MIS reports.
· Maintain documentation and governance trackers.

Educational Qualification
MBA/PGDM in HR, OD, Psychology, or related field preferred
Experience
4–8 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, PMS, or L&D;
Technical Skills
HRMS, Excel, PowerPoint, MIS Reporting
Preferred Exposure
PMS implementation, competency mapping, training coordination

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
