As we continue to expand our team and build the next phase of TCO1, we are looking for an energetic and driven Recruiter who can help us find talented people who share our passion for education and innovation.

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter who enjoys connecting with people, identifying talent, and moving quickly in a growing organisation.

You will work closely with the HR and business teams to understand hiring requirements,

source relevant candidates, conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions.

Understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles from hiring managers.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals,

and other recruitment channels.

¢ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates.

¢ Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.

¢ Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.





¢ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.

¢ Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

¢ Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.

¢ Discuss compensation, notice period, availability, and other relevant employment details with shortlisted candidates.

¢ Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.

¢ Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

¢ Work closely with the HR team to support the company's growing hiring needs.

What Were Looking For

¢ 13 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.

¢ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field..

¢ Good understanding of sourcing and candidate screening.

¢ Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

¢ Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the HR and business teams.

¢ Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, Google Workspace/MS Office, and recruitment trackers will be an advantage.
