JD :

"We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with robust exposure to BPO and GCC (Global Capability Center) hiring. The role involves end to end recruitment for volume and niche roles, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely closures with high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for BPO and GCC roles (voice, non voice, operations, support, specialist roles, etc.)
- Handle volume hiring as well as lateral/niche hiring requirements
- Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and skill expectations
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, vendors, and internal databases
- Conduct initial screening, coordination of interviews, follow ups, and offer management
- Drive salary negotiations and ensure seamless offer rollouts and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and ensure adherence to hiring SLAs
- Work closely with HR Ops, COE,



and onboarding teams to ensure smooth joining
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, processes, and documentation requirements

Required Skills & Experience
- 47 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in BPO and GCC hiring
- Strong understanding of BPO hiring models (volume hiring, ramp ups, bulk closures)
- Experience hiring for GCCs / Captive centers is mandatory
- Hands on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing strategies
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work under tight timelines
- Good knowledge of recruitment metrics, SLAs, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Experience hiring for BFSI, Claims, Operations, or Shared Services roles is a plus
- Exposure to ATS and structured hiring frameworks
